AI daily logs have a monthly allowance that grows with the plan, and typing a log always works. Custom roles and API access are part of the Business plan and are still being built.

Can I sign up yet?
Not yet. Shimly is pre-launch, and a trial customer is testing it now. You can ask for early access and we will follow up.
Do my crew, clients and subs have to pay?
No. Field crew, clients and subs are free and unlimited on every plan. You pay for office users only: the people in the office who run quotes, jobs and invoices, such as owners, admins, project managers, estimators and bookkeepers.
What does an extra office user cost?
$15/mo each. Each plan covers a set number of office users: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro and 25 on Business. Starter and Pro let you add more, up to the size of the next plan. Free stays at 1 office user.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual billing and the monthly rate drops: Starter is $39/mo instead of $49, Pro is $119/mo instead of $149, and Business is $279/mo instead of $349. Annual plans are billed once a year. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and there are no setup fees.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
When plans open, you get 14 days of Pro with no card needed. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, you move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you cancel in the app. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep it until the period you paid for ends, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export all your data (CSV, PDF and ZIP) any time. Your data is stored in Canada.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are listed in USD. Canadian companies pay the same numbers in CAD. Tax is extra.
